Opry Plaza summer slots, July 11 + Aug 8

Releases live, 2020 to Mar 2026
TikTok is the center of gravity.Four times the Instagram base, 213K likes. The entire growth engine should be built around converting that reach into streams and owned contacts. The research says about 85 percent of viral reach never converts without an engineered hand-off. That hand-off is the job.
The live calendar is the credibility engine. Two Opry Plaza slots in one summer plus the Franklin acoustic room is institutional validation that outruns the current follower count. Right now there is no funnel behind any of it: no Bandsintown profile, no capture infrastructure at the shows.
Press is real but stalled.A genuine coverage burst around the EMOTIONS EP (Aug 2025): Authority Magazine, Entertainment Focus, Country Now, a national TV debut on the Dailey and Vincent Show. Then a press lull from roughly October 2025 to now. The March single did not re-break it. The summer Opry hook can.
The next single is the catalyst asset. The upcoming single is not yet on any platform, which is an asset: it can be staged with a full runway into the exact window when the band is on the Opry Plaza twice.
Catalog depth exists.Six years of releases. The research is unambiguous that accumulated catalog is itself a break asset in this lane, and older tracks that show new velocity are re-promotion candidates, not dead weight.
Name collision, high risk: LOST SAINTS is a registered trademark in streetwear, plus five or more other apparel brands use the name. The "Music" suffix (lostsaintsmusic everywhere) is load-bearing for both discovery and trademark safety, especially on merch. Never drop it.
02 · What "dramatic" means

Calibrated targets, not promises

Comparable harmony-driven country groups set the honest scale. The research proved country timelines run in years, and that every artist who broke did it through compounding, not one moment.

Metric note: these are Spotify monthly listeners. TikTok follower counts for the same acts (cited on the content strategy page) are a different, larger number. Every comp figure gets re-pulled and dated at each review.

The path between those rows is documented: recent Nashville group signings rode one short-form-viral single into editorial playlists and a booking step-up. That is the repeatable route from this exact position, and the band already owns the hardest part: a real TikTok audience.

03 · The plan

Four phases, every play cited

Phase 0 · Fix the leaks

Infrastructure week

This week. Near-zero cost. Prerequisite to spending a single dollar on growth.
  1. One canonical hub. Today there are four competing destinations: the .com, a Komi link page, per-single smart links, and the new platform site. Pick one home, point every bio at it, retire the rest. Fragmentation taxes every dollar spent.audit finding 4
  2. Kill the stale page. The old homepage variant is still live on the .com and leaking clicks.audit
  3. Make the platform site indexable and stand up one master smart link for the whole catalog.audit
  4. Create the Bandsintown artist profile and attach all three summer dates. Free listing infrastructure that feeds every concert-discovery surface.audit
  5. Capture the full numeric baseline manually: Spotify monthly listeners, followers, top-track plays, YouTube subs and per-video views, Facebook and X counts. Resolve the duplicate EP listing that may be splitting streams. Growth claims start from a dated snapshot.audit
  6. Lock the name discipline. "lostsaintsmusic" everywhere, no exceptions, and review merch against the registered apparel mark.audit, trademark
Phase 1 · Build the engine

Now through July 11

Five weeks to the first Opry Plaza date. The goal: the conversion machine exists before the spotlight hits.
  1. Instrument the TikTok-to-Spotify hand-off. Every clip carries the artist name on the sound and an explicit follow or save ask. Measure conversion per clip, not views. This attacks the documented 85 percent leak directly.P03
  2. Stage the next single with a full runway: the platform release calendar, snippets seeded three to six weeks ahead on the strongest two seconds of hook, the Spotify pitch filed at least seven days out so it lands in every follower's Release Radar, timed so the song is fresh during the Opry window.P02, P03, P06
  3. Cut hook-first clips and A/B them. Front-load the hook in the first two seconds against a slower build. Completion rate decides. The feeds judge every clip cold, and there is a thirty-second cliff before a stream even pays.P03, P06
  4. Run the fusion baseline. One question, two circles, ten seconds, sent to the existing list. It maps who the devoted core actually is so the shows can be aimed at them, and it is the first measurement anywhere of fan identity against real spend.P01
  5. Re-break the press off the Opry hook. The outlets that covered the EP launch are warm and have been quiet for months. "Two Opry Plaza dates this summer" is the new story. Press converts gatekeepers and bookers, so aim it there.P09
  6. Pitch the live-session channels. The genre's proven break vector: the channels that film rising country and roots acts. The band's harmony sound is precisely what performs in that format, and the Opry dates are the pitch hook.P08
  7. Batch the content. One capture day produces weeks of scored assets. Cadence guidance from the platforms is one to four posts per day, quality dominated. Sustainable systems beat heroic posting, by the documented record.P08
Phase 2 · Harvest the summer

July 11 through August 21

Three shows as instrumented conversion events. Attendance is the single strongest marker of a high-value fan.
  1. QR capture at every show: merch table, from the stage, on screens. Every scan lands on one fan record with the show as its source. Attendance is the research's strongest high-value-fan signal, which makes the room the highest-yield capture surface the band has.P11
  2. One synchronized moment per set. A singalong line, a phone-light cue, a call and response. Doing together, not watching, is what builds the bond, and the harmony format is built for it.P01
  3. Social proof framing on every push: "X fans coming" beats "limited spots." Proof and authority are the strongest levers; scarcity is the weakest.P05
  4. The next-day recognition message. "You were at the Plaza last night" to everyone captured, accurate and personal. Recognition beats flattery in causal experiments, and the follow-up window is a standing test.P01, P11
  5. Film everything. The Opry Plaza footage is a content engine for months and the proof asset for every pitch: live-session channels, press, bookers, playlists.P08, P09
  6. Merch as identity. Real designs, real caps on limited items, no fake countdowns. At this venue tier the measured spend is real money, and the shirt is a walking badge.P04, P11
  7. Post-show streaming bump, measured. The live bump is real, dated, and decays. Have the new single fresh, the catalog playlisted, and the smart link in every bio when it hits.P11
Phase 3 · Compound

Fall 2026 onward

The lane runs in years and rewards bodies of work. Everything below compounds what the summer built.
  1. Cadence with intent. More releases mean more pitch shots and more Release Radar hits. That is the true mechanism behind every cadence myth, and it favors a steady single rhythm plus re-promotion of catalog movers.P03, 02-B
  2. Re-promotion as fresh events. Deluxe cuts, acoustic versions, duet re-cuts of existing songs. The documented lever that kept breakout albums alive for years scales down to a developing act.02-B
  3. Watch the catalog for ignition. Six years of releases under monitoring. Dormant tracks that show new velocity get re-clipped and re-pitched. The verified dormant-catalog case (Chappell Roan's debut album) sat quiet for six months and then grew 27x.P02 §2.10
  4. Paid money, warm-first. Small budgets test, bigger budgets scale only what tested well, and spend targets people who already met the band: retargeting, lookalikes of the captured list. Paid never introduces; the clip introduces.P10
  5. The owned list is the scoreboard. Followers are rented; the email and text list is owned. Every campaign is judged by what it adds to the list and what the list converts, because that is the asset no algorithm change can tax.P04
  6. Keep the ownership. Every verified break in this lane kept masters and independence longer than the industry advised, and the deal math explains why. Leverage compounds with the numbers.02-B, P13

How we will know it is working

Targets, not promises. Every number is measured against the June 2026 baseline, and every play above runs as an experiment with a result and a learning.

HorizonThe marks
90 days
through Aug 21
Full baseline captured and dated. One canonical hub live. 1,000+ owned contacts on the list. TikTok-to-Spotify conversion rate measured per clip. New single released on a full runway. All three shows harvested: capture, recognition, footage. Press re-broken off the Opry story.
6 monthsMeasured month-over-month listener growth with the conversion engine running. Two or more live-session or playlist placements landed. The fusion-to-spend read producing its first real answer. Catalog monitor live on all eight releases.
12 to 18 monthsThe Tigirlily Gold zone: six-figure monthly listeners, a booking step-up, and a fanbase the band owns on its own list rather than rents from an algorithm. The route there is documented; the timeline honesty comes from the research: this lane runs in years and rewards those who do not quit a building record.

One law above all of it, from twelve research pillars and twelve verified break cases: every amplifier multiplies what already exists. The summer gives Lost Saints the moments. The machine above makes sure nothing leaks when they hit.
